DSS3

Dendro DSS3 is a lift designed for servicing pallet trucks and smaller machines without requiring a low and uncomfortable working position.

To service a stacker or pallet truck, it is no longer necessary to sit in a low, uncomfortable working position or lift the vehicle using a scissor lift, which neither provides full stability nor access to all sides.

The Dendro Stacker Service Lift is specially developed to safely, quickly, and easily lift a pallet truck/stacker for easier access to the motor, batteries, brakes, and wheel suspension. The lift has been developed in collaboration with some of the world’s leading truck manufacturers, ensuring it meets all the requirements for safe and efficient servicing of pallet trucks/stackers.

The smooth and flexible design makes it easy to position the stacker’s support legs and forks, secure them with tension screws, and then quickly lift the truck to the desired working height. With a simple press of a button, the height can then be adjusted to the appropriate level for the task.

The Dendro Stacker Service Lift quickly and efficiently provides a comfortable working position for working on the elevated truck. With three open sides, it is easy to access all parts of the truck. There is simply no longer any reason to subject the body to awkward and strenuous working positions.

No fixed installation is required; the lift can easily be moved to the desired workspace.

Safety and reliability have been central to the development of the lift, which is therefore equipped with the following safety features:

  • Self-locking lifting nut assembly – prevents the lifting nut from descending on its own.
  • Brake motors – prevent the load from lowering, providing double safety.
  • Easily accessible emergency stop on the control panel.
  • Limit function for nut wear – protects against excessive nut wear.
  • Limit function to ensure no obstructions are under the lift when descending.
  • Limit functions for both maximum and minimum height.

The new model, DSS3, also enables the lifting of heavier vehicles weighing up to 3,600 kg, offering even greater flexibility and usability for various types of service and maintenance tasks.
