Dendro Lift mobile lifting jacks combine high lifting capacity with flexible positioning and safe, controlled operation. Their robust construction is designed for professional workshops and depots where large vehicles must be lifted with a high level of precision.

Capacity is stated per lifting jack and selected according to the vehicle’s total weight, weight distribution and number of lifting points.
Flexible Positioning in Workshops and Depots
The lifting jacks can be equipped with drive motors for easier relocation. Despite their size, they can then be moved smoothly to one side after use, freeing valuable floor space. Special wheels are also available for installations where the jacks need to run on rails.
Mobile lifting jacks allow the working area to be adapted to different vehicles and maintenance tasks. The cabling between the lifting jacks can be arranged in a U-configuration or, preferably, suspended from the ceiling to keep the floor clear. With ceiling-mounted cabling, vehicles can be driven in and reversed out without disconnecting the cables.

Synchronisation
Precise Synchronisation of up to 28 Lifting Jacks
The lifting system is synchronised through a centrally located PLC or computer. The control system monitors the lifting movement and ensures that all jacks remain level, even when the vehicle’s weight is distributed unevenly between the lifting points.
Up to 28 lifting jacks can be interconnected in one system. This makes the solution scalable from smaller vehicle-lifting arrangements to installations capable of lifting a complete train set.

Ergonomic Access to Vehicle Components
The lifting jacks provide a comfortable working position for servicing engines, transmissions and other components beneath the vehicle. Once the vehicle has been secured with suitable support stands, wheels, axles and suspension systems can be serviced with good access.
The lifting jacks are available with fixed or movable lifting yokes. A movable lifting yoke can be moved beneath the vehicle before lifting, providing greater flexibility when vehicle dimensions and lifting points vary.
Safe and Reliable Operation
Safe and reliable operation has guided the development of Dendro Lift’s large mobile lifting jacks. The system is therefore equipped with several independent functions that monitor the lifting movement and stop the equipment in the event of a fault or obstruction.
- Main contactor – disconnects power to all lifting jacks in the event of a synchronisation fault.
- Isolation transformer and emergency stop
- Self-locking lifting nut assembly – prevents the lifting nut from running down by itself.
- Brake motors – prevent unintended lowering of the load.
- Nut wear monitoring – stops the lifting movement if excessive wear is detected.
