CBL6 – Mobile Single-Pillar Lift for Forklifts up to 6,000 kg

The Dendro Lift CBL6 is a unique single pillar mobile lift for servicing counter balanced forklifts

With a 6-ton lifting capacity, the CBL6 can handle most forklifts, both electric and with engine, with up to approximately 3,5 tons load capacity. This mobile lift takes up less space than any traditional two or four pillar lift and is very flexible since it doesn’t need to be bolted to the floor in a fixed position. When not in use it can be easily stored away and it’s easy to move to another location.

Dendro Lift CBL6 is a lift specially tailored for safe, quick, and easy lifting of forklifts. It facilitates easier access to the motor, batteries, brakes, and wheel suspension.

Fast and flexible

By parking the forklift in the lift, you can raise it to the desired working height in around a minute. With the simple press of a button the height is easily adjusted to a suitable height for the current task. The lift is compatible with most forklifts weighing up to 6,000 kg. and enables a lifting height of 1800 mm.

Ergonomic and Safe Operation

The CBL6 quickly and efficiently provides a comfortable ergonomic working position for operating the elevated forklift. With three sides free, it becomes easy to access all parts of the forklift.

Easy Installation and Mobility

No Permanent Installation Required: The CBL6 stands freely on the floor and requires only a 16A three-phase outlet, making it easy to set up without the need for permanent fixtures.
Portability: Designed for mobility, the lift can be easily relocated to the pump handle, providing flexibility in dynamic work environments.

Safety and reliability

Safety and reliability have been the focus of the development of Dendro CBL6 therefore the lift is equipped with the following safety equipment:

Self-locking, non-reversing trapezoidal lifting spindle with safety follower nut.
Enclosed gearbox with brake motor – prevents unintentional lowering of the load.
Easily accessible emergency stop.
Safety limit switch functions for nut wear and obstacle control
The self-locking spindle allows you to immediately start working on the raised truck without any further safety precautions.

The lift is CE certified in accordance with the SS-EN 1493:2022 standard for vehicle lifters.
