CBL6 – Mobile Single-Column Lift for Forklifts up to 6,000 kg
The Dendro Lift CBL6 is a unique single pillar mobile lift for servicing counter balanced forklifts
Dendro Lift / CBL6
CBL6 – Mobile Single-Pillar Lift for Counterbalance Forklifts up to 6,000 kg
Safe and ergonomic servicing of counterbalance forklifts up to 6,000 kg.
The CBL6 raises electric, LPG and diesel-powered counterbalance forklifts weighing up to 6,000 kg to a comfortable working height – with no floor anchoring required. The lifting height is continuously adjustable up to 1,800 mm, and the mobile single-pillar design requires no fixed installation.

Operating Principle and Lifting Procedure
With all wheels clear of the floor and unrestricted access from three sides, servicing components such as the motor, battery, brakes and wheel suspension becomes much easier. Lifting and lowering are continuously adjustable and must be monitored throughout the movement.
01
Drive the forklift onto the ramp: the forklift is driven onto the movable ramp and positioned safely on the lift platforms.
02
Raise it to the required working height: the lifting height is continuously adjustable up to 1,800 mm.
03
Carry out maintenance: the forklift is accessible from three sides for work on the motor, battery, brakes and wheel suspension.

Electromechanical Drive System
The lifting movement is generated by a worm gear motor with brake and transmitted through a self-locking trapezoidal lifting spindle protected by a rubber bellows. The load-bearing nut carries the load during normal operation. A separate safety nut provides a mechanical backup function.
The self-locking spindle helps prevent uncontrolled lowering, and the brake motor holds the load at the selected height. Work can therefore begin as soon as the forklift has been raised, without any additional securing.
Integrated Safety Functions
Self-locking trapezoidal lifting spindle – helps prevent back-driving of the lifting system.
Load-bearing nut and safety nut – separate load-bearing and mechanical backup functions.
Worm gearbox with brake motor – holds the load in position when the drive stops.
Nut wear monitoring – stops the lift when the permitted wear limit is exceeded.
Obstacle detection during lowering – interrupts the lowering movement if an obstruction is detected.
Limit switches for maximum and minimum lifting height – limit movement at the highest and lowest positions.
Emergency stop – stops movement in an emergency.
The CBL6 is CE marked in accordance with EN 1493:2022.
Installation and Positioning
The CBL6 stands freely on a level, load-bearing floor and requires no floor anchoring. A 3 × 400 V, 16 A power supply is required for operation.
Its integrated moving system makes it easy to position the CBL6 wherever it is needed and free up floor space when it is not in use.
Before use, the forklift’s total weight, dimensions, lifting points and load distribution must be checked against the permitted operating range of the lift.
Intended Use
The CBL6 is ideal for forklift workshops, warehouses, logistics centres and industrial facilities that service electric, LPG and diesel-powered counterbalance forklifts. By repositioning the ramp, certain reach trucks can also be lifted after their dimensions and lifting points have been checked.
