Dendro Lift manufactures custom-made jack stands designed to meet specific needs. Our jack stands can handle heavy loads of up to 100 tons and can be fully customized according to customer requirements. The jack stands can be equipped with gas springs for easy height adjustment of heavy center posts with only manual force.

The jack stands are manufactured according to Swedish regulations and standards, including CE certification, and meet requirements from the Work Environment Authority and Nordtest. With a safety factor of up to 3, Dendro Lift’s jack stands guarantee robustness and safety for demanding industrial applications.

Three-legged Jack Stands (5,000-80,000 kg)

Three-legged jack stands can be placed close to the lifted object and are equipped with retractable spring wheels and interchangeable top plates, with the option for height adjustment.

Four-legged Jack Stands (5,000-80,000 kg)

Fourlegged jack stands take about 20% less space than corresponding three-legged models at the same maximum height. They are also equipped
with retractable spring wheels and interchangeable top plates, with the option for height adjustment.

Fixed Height Jack Stands (up to 100,000 kg)

The jack stands have retractable spring wheels and fixed, customizable top plates.

Specially Adapted Jack
Stands

Dendro Lift also offers specially adapted solutions for specific applications, such as tractor service, work with inclined tank containers, and mounting
pallets for heavy objects. These special models can be lightweight and portable, and offer fall protection and other safety features.

Jack Stands with Trapezoidal Screw

The jack stands have a selflocking trapezoidal screw. The trapezoidal screw allows for smooth height adjustment. The jack stands are also equipped with customizable top plates and heights ranging from 310 mm to 2200 mm.

Height-adjustable Jack Stands with Gas Spring

The gas spring allows easy height adjustment of heavy center posts with only manual force. The gas spring also reduces the risk of pinching and promotes ergonomic work.

Retracting Spring-loaded Wheels

Retracting spring-loaded wheels for jack stands make it easy to move the jack stand. The wheel suspension lowers the jack stand to the floor when
loaded with approximately 20-100 kg, depending on size. These wheels are swivel castors and have a brake function, facilitating maneuvering and ensuring the jack stand stands firmly in place. They are intended for indoor use.

Custom Top Plates

The custom top plates can be interchangeable with tools for loads between 8 and 20 tons, but also fixed-mounted for high loads over 20 tons. The top
plates have various customized shapes, including
rectangular flat, V-shaped, and round flat variants or adapted for ISO 1161 container standard. The top plates are reinforced and equipped with symbols for orientation.
