Custom Jack Stands
Dendro Lift manufactures custom jack stands for industrial and automotive applications, where safety and performance are critical. Our jack stands can handle loads up to 100 tons and are fully customizable based on your needs. For improved ergonomics, they can be equipped with gas springs, enabling smooth height adjustment of heavy center posts – using only manual force.
To ensure long-term safety, all jack stands are manufactured in accordance with Swedish regulations and standards, including CE certification. They also meet the requirements of the Swedish Work Environment Authority and Nordtest. With a safety factor of up to 3, Dendro Lift’s jack stands deliver both robustness and security – even in the most demanding environments.

Different Variants of Jack Stands
Three-legged Jack Stands (5,000-80,000 kg)
Stable support placed close to the load. Equipped with retractable spring-loaded wheels and interchangeable top plates. Optional height adjustment.
Four-legged Jack Stands (5,000-80,000 kg)
Takes about 20% less floor space than equivalent three-leg models. Offers the same adjustability and replaceable top plates.
Fixed Height Jack Stands (up to 100,000 kg)
Extra heavy-duty stands with fixed height. Supplied with spring-loaded wheels as standard.
Double Jack Stand with
Adjustable Height
Designed for broader and heavier loads. Adjustable in both height and length. Available with or without wheels.

Options for Jack Stands
Jack Stands with Trapezoidal Screw
Provides secure manual height adjustment. The self-locking design prevents unintended lowering.
Height-adjustable Jack Stands with Gas Spring
The gas spring allows easy height adjustment of heavy center posts with only manual force. Enables smooth height adjustment of heavy center posts using only manual force. An ergonomic solution that reduces pinch risk and improves the work environment.
Retracting Spring-loaded Wheels
These wheels allow for easy maneuvering and positioning. When the stand is loaded (approx. 20–100 kg), the base lowers securely to the floor. Swivel castors with brakes ensure the jack stand remains firmly in place. Intended for indoor use.
Custom Top Plates
The custom top plates can be interchangeable with tools for loads between 8 and 20 tons, but also fixed-mounted for high loads over 20 tons. The top
plates have various customized shapes, including
rectangular flat, V-shaped, and round flat variants or adapted for ISO 1161 container standard. The top plates are reinforced and equipped with symbols for orientation.
