Moelven Byggmodul has purchased a total of 9 special pallet jacks to be used at three of their production facilities. The purpose of these pallet jacks is to facilitate access to the undersides of the modules. The pallet jacks are equipped with adapters in two different variants, depending on whether the modules have longitudinal or transverse battens in the floor. The adapters can be stored on the underside of the pallet jack when not in use.

In the picture, it is evident that there was eagerness to start using the pallet jacks, to the extent that the plastic from transportation had not even been removed.

The advantage of the gas spring option in pallet jacks is that the, in this case over 40 kg, heavy pole can be easily handled with one hand. It is both ergonomic and reduces the risk of crushing injuries.

The new and improved fork adapters that is both lower and deeper give even better support especially for forks with big radius on the bottom side. This has been highly appreciated by our customers.

To improve ergonomics and facilitate work with pallet jacks for high loads, Dendro has developed a gas spring option that balances out a large part of the post’s weight. On pallet jacks with a round post, this can be retrofitted.

Gas springs for balancing the weight of the center post are also available on new pallet jacks with a square post.e.

Dendro has delivered two 6 ton lifts to Wibe in Mora, Sweden so that they can load and unload material for galvanizing in an ergonomic and safe way, as the load carrier frame can be easily adjusted in height both depending on the size of the material and the height of the operator.

The unique thing about this particular LB6 lift is that it’s unusually high and can handle large lateral forces in cases where you start loading heavy parts from one edge of the wide load carrier frame.

Jungheinrich equip their workshops, starting with Europe, with the DSS2-1800 stacker lift. This is in order to quicken the process of servicing trucks while also enhancing the ergonomics and quality of the job being done. To maximize the potential, they chose the DSS2 with lifting height 1800 mm and a shorter lifting time.

These DSS2’s are delivered with matching yellow/gray colours, the same colours as Junheinrich’s line of products. They are also equipped with the following options:

Dendro has delivered two sets of four LB10 for use in servicing and maintaining freight wagons at Euromaint in Landskrona in two different workshops.

The lifters are equipped with radio-based remote controls, automatic lubrication, drive motor operation with soft start, and adapters for wagons with high lifting points.

Dendro has delivered two different types of 10 ton pallet jacks to Sandvik for their internal production. The pallets are adjustable between 310-430 mm and 430-680 mm and are asymmetrical to fit under the conical object. The two types also have different colors so that you can easily distinguish them.

Dendro Lift has delivered PB15 1150 1076 D4 to Kongsberg maritime specially adapted to store axles in two levels on top of each other to save space. The pallets are painted in the customer’s own light blue RAL color.
