For nearly 60 years, Dendro Lift has specialized in lifting heavy vehicles. The company was founded by Edvin Gardmo in the 1960s and changed its name to Dendro Maskin in the 1970s after being acquired by the state-owned Svenska Utvecklingsaktiebolaget. The name Dendro, which means “tree” in Greek, reflects our philosophy of “the power and strength of growth” and is visualized in our logo, created in 1978, symbolizing “the leaf, the plant, the fully grown tree.” In the 1980s, the company was privatized and continued to focus on robust lifts for heavy vehicles and specialized industrial solutions. We have developed lifts for everything from aircraft engines to elevating stage floors, but our focus has always been on service lifts and mobile jacks for heavy vehicles. As a complement to our lifts, we have also manufactured robust jack stands for heavy loads. In the early 2000s, we changed our name to the internationally viable Dendro Lift as the market expanded. Today, we focus on unique lifting solutions for trucks and railway vehicles, combined with custom-designed specialty lifts. Our tailor-made jack stands continue to be an essential part of our business. Dendro Lift products are now found in almost every European country as well as in the Middle East, North and South America.

In 2013, we complemented our own production with the import of large lifting systems for railway vehicles and extendable roof work platforms from the German company CMCO. Dendro Lift is now the market leader in Sweden in this segment thanks to high-quality products and excellent service.
